SUPPORTING YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION

I have worked in academic and public libraries in my 10+ year career, most recently supervising a team at the Minneapolis Central branch of Hennepin County Library (MN) focused on patrons experiencing homelessness, seniors, and queer and trans patrons. I am currently a consultant, coach, and trainer and teach on the graduate and continuing education levels at University of Wisconsin-Madison’s iSchool.

I served on the Minneapolis Transgender Equity Council, co-chaired the Hennepin County Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Employee Resource Group, and currently sit on the Minnesota Library Foundation Board.

I hold a Master’s in Library and Information Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Minnesota, and am a trained Technology of Participation facilitator, as well as a proud alum of Oberlin College.

My work stems from a career-long commitment to improving organizations and supporting staff at all levels to be more inclusive, both internally and public-facing.

I am a parent and live in Minneapolis.
